Privacy Policy
How we handle information from your visit and estimate request.
Last updated September 30, 2026
Information you provide
If you request an estimate, we collect the information in the form, which may include your name, phone number, email address, service address, ZIP code, a description of the work, and any optional photos you upload. You can also contact us by phone or email.
Information collected when you visit
Our website uses Google Tag Manager to manage website measurement and conversion tags. Depending on the tags active in the container, they may collect pages viewed and site interactions, along with technical details such as browser, device, and approximate location, and may use cookies or similar technologies. Your browser settings can help you manage cookies. Google’s practices are described in its Privacy Policy.
Our hosting and security systems may also receive technical information, such as an IP address and request details, to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and keep it secure. Some rate-limiting records use a one-way hash of an IP address and are automatically removed on a short retention schedule.
How we use information
We use information you provide to review your project, prepare and respond to estimate requests, contact you about requested work, and maintain business records. We do not sell the contact and estimate information you submit. Website measurement tags may share browsing and interaction information with the providers of those tags, as described above.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to host the website, store optional estimate photos, deliver estimate requests to our business email, and measure website use. These providers process information needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when needed to protect our rights, customers, or the security of the site.
Estimate photos and retention
Photos are optional. If you upload them, they are stored and made available to us through a unique link associated with your estimate request. Photo links expire after 30 days, and the photo files are automatically removed after that period. Estimate messages and related business records may be kept for as long as needed to respond, provide services, and meet business or legal recordkeeping needs.
Please do not upload photos containing payment details, identity documents, or information unrelated to the requested work.
Your choices and requests
You can request an estimate by phone instead of using the online form, and you do not have to upload photos. You may contact us to ask about information you submitted or request its deletion. We will review and respond to requests as required by applicable law.
Children’s privacy
This website and our services are intended for adults arranging property services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was most recently updated.
